anyone here on the board? light green and had a "electric vehicle" banner sticker over the front hood ...

I talked to him at an EV show at the Palo Alto High School a little while back. Otmar should know him... I believe he works on this side of the bay, but he gets to take the carpool lane (free!) because his car is an EV.
