Trekkor,

You need to calm down prior to your runs.. I personally feel you get over excited. You should have your eyes closed in the staging lanes going over the layout in your head. Imagine yourself driving the course. I still think you are driving corner to corner..not really thinking 2-3 corners ahead of yourself. You dont set the car up for the exit..
