Thank you Bruce for hosting the event. Had a great time meeting meeting old and new friends.
Had a great time.

Thanks, Can anyone else post pictures? I did not have a chance to take any pics?

Did not have near enough time to talk with friends and some welcome newcomers.

Good crowd but many of the regulars that planned to come did not show.

Hope to keep this rolling.

Tradition of the original 914 G & R swap meets were to be held twice a year around daylight savings time changes.

That would put the next one in Oct.

Would like to have a summer meet but the heat is a factor and lots of people with family vacations.

Any suggestions are welcome to improve and keep this growing strong.

Thanks to all who attended to make it a good event for all.

Bruce

First a big thank you to Bruce for again hosting the G&R. If it hasn't already been done, maybe for the next one, post messages on other Porsche model web sites.

What is the story on the Euro Werks rally car....I took a peek in the engine bay its a -4.

Couldn.t stay long due to other commitments but there were some great parts there as usual.

Belongs to Gus. He ran it in a high speed road race to the tip of Baja last year and will do it again from what I hear. Yeah, it's a four .... but a big four. He owns Euro Werks.

And whatever rock you crawled out from under to call Sean a thief ... crawl back under it and smash yourself.

QUOTE(dgantar @ Apr 17 2016, 04:18 PM) *

Just wondering if anyone had the opportunity to meet a short guy named Sean. He is a thief & a lier. Selling hot car parts.

Thank you 'dgantar' for the posting to show your character.

So are your Denise or Billy?

Be aware that posting a baseless accusation about a well known member in a public forum can be considered libel or slander. Talk to your lawyer friend about that.

I called Sean and got the other side of the story. You failed to keep your end on the deal by paying the agreed amount and returning the hood and trunk and he is keeping the car until you do so. Pay the $1000 and return the trunk and hood.

I assume one of you is who left a voice mail. on my phone with no name or details asking if I know Sean?

And "leir" is correctly spelled liar.

Be aware that posting a baseless accusation about a well known member in a public forum can be considered libel or slander. Talk to your lawyer friend about that.

If you want to continue this thread start your own thread if you feel the need to dig a deeper hole for yourself.

Now as Ron said time for you to crawl back under you rock.
AMF.

One of the G & R was sanctioned by PCA. They wanted all attendees to sign a waver. Not all attendees signed and PCa was not real happy about that. Not against the idea but not sure how much that will help attendance. Maybe a posting in the PCA calandar or newsletter. I am not a current member. Any member who want to check this out with PCA?

Bruce

Curious if this a PCA sanctioned event? If not that might help with attendance and add more 911 parts to the mix.

Thanks Bruce for the feedback. I think we are better off just getting the word out on various forums. I am in the OCR of PCA. They have a nice iPhone app. I posted the event the night before. Not a single response. I will try to post earlier next time. There are several people in the OCR that have 914's and I have gotten the typical likes and positive comments when I post pictures of my car or events.
