I test drove a new GT3 and a new TwinTurbo today, and I was more excited about my 914. Hohum, what's 415 HP when it is at the wrong end of the car.

I have the same headers and muffler on my car. Did yours come finished that way or did you have them coated somehow? They look much better than mine for sure.

those are ceramic coated.....I had mine done in black ceramic for higher heat applications. |

I did not fire it up but Larry at HPH says that it sounds great. Would the shift boot be off due to the fact that they have to install a speedo cable still?

Nope. No reason to leave it off. You have to remove the shift rod to install it. So if the shift rod is installed, either there was a mistake and somebody forgot it or somebody meant to leave it off. |
