Can someone tell me if these manifolds will bolt onto a 914? Won't have time to hear back from the seller I don't think. I have no idea from looking at the picture. They certainly seem cheap enough, especially with the junk carbs.

Do you suppose that with alot of effort they could be fixed? Or is it better to pass? I have plenty of time to mess with them, more time than money anyway.

You might be able to gut them and use them for aftermarket FI TB's...if you can free up the butterflys and replace the bearings.

Other than that they are a pair of manifolds.

Have they been sitting at the bottom of a lake? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/screwy.gif)

I was thinking of them because i was sure the manifolds could be saved, but had a momentary hallucination that maybe the carbs could have been too.... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/screwy.gif)

I think I will pass. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)
