Are the trailing arm hex nuts lock-nuts or just regular M14x1.5? The ones I took off my car appear to be lock-nuts but I do not know if they are original.

I'm not sure about the Nylon. Nylon deforms pretty easily, especially in a warm environment.
To the OP, I'd just reuse the original. Actually, let me rephrase that. I'd use sme of Bruce's replated originals |

I have never found a washer installed as shown on PET for the trailing arms. athe BMW nuts look like they will work but are not a locking type nut . I would you blue lock tite on them. Bruce |
