This would be great to build for your 914!

This is an engine from a 2003 Subaru WRX 2.0 turbo. The engine has 145,000 miles and was running until the vehicle was involved in accident.

When in the car was in the accident the battery was pushed into the timing gear of the driver side. The gear broke, so it's possible that the engine is slipped timing. Although no one can say hundred percent sure until you remove the cylinder heads. The engine still turns over.

This engine is being sold as a CORE in need of being rebuilt.

It will be removed from the car and place on a pallet for shipment. Or you're welcome to come pick it up in person. I'm in Alpharetta, GA 30004

The engine does not have an intake manifold, turbo or accessories. It comes just as you see in the pictures.
The exhaust manifold that you can see in the pictures is included.

$500 OBO for the engine
$500 OBO for the 5 speed manual transmission.
OR BUY BOTH FOR $700

May trade! Looking for two sets of Mahle wheels(not restored)or 2.0 engine core correct for a 1974 914
404-488-1456 - please leave a voicemail or text if I don't answer.
