This is a complete set of original factory workshop manuals for Porsche 914 and 914-6 models. The first printing was in 1969 in Germany as a picture shows and the manuals include updates through 1976 as another picture shows. The manuals appear not to have been used in a shop setting as all of the pages are intact with no tears, marks, stains, etc. These are the manuals used by technicians in the Porsche dealerships during these early years of the 914/914-6 models. This is an excellent set and a must have for the Porsche owner. Additional photos available. $550 shipped OBO

The original sets came in maroon. Late publications are in gray.

I believe the 914 shop manuals were all 914 4 and 914 6 and as said above the early in maroon, late in grey.

That is a real nice looking set. Unfortunately I already have a set. Question though, does anyone know where I might be able to get a couple of empty maroon binders, 2 of mine are cracked and pealing

That's a shame I would have been keen on these. Thanks for the tip.

and to the objectors from the 'Gasburners for sale' caution thread, this is an example many of us were concerned about. . Zero posts sellers. Apparently this could have gone sideways from the other sites posts. . Would having a 'use level' before a member can post be a benefit ? Who knows but thanks to one of our members keen eyes and a little research, Buyer Beware is an appropriate path.[

Yep, after reading some on LEEB it appears his reputation is (IMG:style_emoticons/default/stromberg.gif) and that most wouldn't give him enough piss to take a pill with. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

Posts in the classifieds do not count towards the post numbers, if I recall... In other words, he offers nothing to the community other than trying to sell stuff.

OT but......nice turn of phrase.
Our English equivalent is 'Wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire'

Exactly the same date and time in the pictures in both ads. Doesn't smell right. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)
