The heck with the weather, with the pipeline broken will we be able to get gas????????

That pipeline is impacting middle and west Tennessee. Should be good in East Tennessee and further east.

If only that were true.... NC is running out of gas like everyone else.

Anyone bringing fly rods??

I'm thinking about taking the wifey to throw some loops during the Saturday afternoon down time. Looks like the county is full of trout streams. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif)

Many states offer a short term non resident licence for a small fee; not sure about Tenn/ NC

And yeah, knowing that, If I was going I'd pack the 5'6" Fenwick and sling some terrestrials... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

10 day non-resident inland fishing is $18.00

I'm considering the North Toe River from Roby Shomaker Park to Hodge Turbyfill Park.

According to Game & Fish, 3 of the top 10 NC trout rivers run through Avery County.

In relation to gas, what you are seeing is a overreaction and panic buying in response to a overhyped disruption in the distribution system. Shortly as the over the road deliveries increase this will die down.

This is not the beginning of the Zombie Apocalypse!

Would like to welcome another new sponsor!

Awesome Powdercoat will be sending some products for you and hopefully offering some powder coating discounts!

Well Clark has let me know that is sending some pretty cool items. Pun intended!

1 - A new thermostat, number 1000!

2 - New thermostat cable

3 - New thermostat bracket with washer

4 - New thermostat pulley with bolt

5 - 2 sets of cooling flap saddle bearings

He is also sending a display of a 914 shroud with his prototype flaps installed, so folks can see and try them out. He did note that he is still waiting on his reproduction springs for the flaps so the one currently installed will be replaced by a more accurate spring.

I am in Charlotte, and we have had no problems buying gas. Our favorite local station ran out yesterday. But, then they got a delivery a couple hours later. I have yet to see any lines. Keep Calm. Okteenerfest Will Carry On.

I was up inCharlotte over the weekend - on my way up , between Columbia SC and Charlotte I paid $1.78 regular($2.19 premium) - so in my way back home last night I stopped at the same place, prices were up$.15 in 2 days and they were out of premium and mid-grade. Here, further south in SC - Bluffton, no issue
