I think when there is the blue stamping of part numbers on part numbers when there ususally isn't one on that part means it's part of an exchange program. The PET doesn't haver that exact part number, but the closest is for 021 101 061 which has another part number in the description, 022.101.372, "Cylinder Head exchanghe, with valves, D-Jetronic M W0 002 545 >> W0 129 581, cam follower protective lube, 31.7 mm 022.101.372 embedded" whatever that all means... 371 probably unlubricated version.
