Yep another new part from 914rubber. The early spring for the parking brake. These are notorious for breaking at the 2nd turn in the coil. We have made our out of a slightly better alloy, and formed so that there is less stress at that point. The casual observer may not even notice, but why copy a design that was flawed?
Will be available after WCR. Who can use one? Attached thumbnail(s) |

Up on site now -
http://shop.914rubber.com/Early-E-Brake-sp...90142454300.htm This spring is notorious for breaking and in careful evaluation we realized that the way the OEM part was made concentrated force right where they were breaking. We have made a design imprevement that will make these last longer than the OEM part. These also have 911 application in : 65-89 911 (and 912) - Mark E you may need some! 85.5-91 944 78-91 928 On the 914 the push knob simlpy unscrews to allow you to replace it. Also put a few Easter eggs in the GB section Enjoy! Attached thumbnail(s) |
