belt was just done by dealer have all receipts since new, all highway miles runs, drives perfectly could use shocks and the front rotors turned(slightly warped) and maybe a motor mount. fortuneatly i have several parts cars still and have all of it. btw doing a t belt in this is very easy, been doing these for years.

Easy? Nothing is easy.

Ok... Munching a motor at a stoplight is easy. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)

Quit your badmouthin'. You sound like a bunch of crotchety old women. Nick, cograts. That's an aweful lot of car for $1,200! I doubt anyone else on the list besides Craig Laughlin could come up with such a nice car for $1,200. Enjoy the spoils. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/clap.gif)

Yeah, leave the guy alone, I have always liked the 944, I think it was one of the best looking cars of the 80's. Maybe one of these days I will actually get one. Guards Red is the best color on those.

If you get one, Scott, be sure to check the timing belt.

Nice find! I would have taken one of those for that price in that shape when I was looking for a driver. I got 912 instead (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/huh.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/headbang.gif)

Did you check the timing belt? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/happy11.gif)

Dann...NICE find!

I think I used up all my 'good deals' for the year on a $300 beater, and a $25 dash...

Wanna trade? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

Nice looking car nick....looks like a great deal (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/beerchug.gif)

Even if you lurch the motor, you can get 2x that in parts off of it.
