after too long I am back under my car cleaning up 40 years of dirt and oil
I came across this rubber boot that is need of replacement
it's on drivers side of a side shift just behind the cv and above the shift console Attached Image
what is it? does Mikey make it? how careful do I d need t be cleaning the grime around it?

I did find them at AA and some others but not at 914rubber but I'm gonna look again
