I stopped by my local Porsche mechanics shop to get some 911 parts and as the owner was looking around I noticed some 914 tail light lenses and housing on the top of a shelf. As he took them down I noticed one had a euro lense on it. I asked him if he wanted to sell it and he said sure and gave it to me for $15. There was another that I might pick up but its a US lense on it.

I also talked to the guy for a while about cars and being a mechanic (something I'm interested in as a career). Its great, I learn alot from him and he was super friendly. A while back he actualy lent me some tools to help do some stuff on my car.

So it definitaly pays to go check out your local shops cause you never know what they have lying around that they dont want.
