After searching for quite a while I have found myself a really great car in this '76 914 2.0.
I live in Toronto and found this one online out west in Edmonton. Had it inspected by a local Porsche enthusiast mechanics, and shipped back to me. First time doing a deal like this online but it worked out great. Car was officially plated and registered today. I'm really excited to be getting back into the air cooled world. This car is a blast to drive. I'm quite impressed. About 15 years ago I had a '75 bug convertible and always wanted to get another older hobby car. When I started looking around again last year I stumbled upon the 914 and was immediately hooked. I've been trolling this forum for a while but now I can introduce myself. Some upgrades on the car by the previous owner are tangerine 1 5/8 headers with EVO twin exhaust and heat exchanger pertronics ignition. euro pressure sensor Bigger fuel rails IMSA bumper Oil cooler with fan cold air intake Short shift Rennsport floorboard and pedals Empi 8 spoke rims |
