Just have to ask...how did you get your hands on that stuff if you don't mind sharing? Yes Sure. To me the 962 is the ultimate Porsche. It was designed and built as a racecar, but I always wanted to drive one on the street. There have been a few who have converted racecars, but I was thinking more along the lines of a tube frame car. I have been very fortunate to have some good friends and be in the right place at the right time... So 20+ years ago I started buying parts. The nose, tail and wheels were purchased from race shops who were offloading the spares when the rules changed and outlawed the cars from competition in the early 90's The molds were built when a friend allowed us to use his car for a weekend (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) So that is why the molds I am offering are basically splashes and not production ready. Now these are $500K -$1m cars and parts just don't come on the market too often. Here are some pics of why this would make such a cool project for someone: |

I helped Dave White sell off his 962 Bodywork - there must have 15 Total Noses 7 Rear Decks. One guy bought it all, I think he was from NC.
Got all the Wheel Fans too - I wanted some of them |
