Hey Guys,
Still new to the 914 life. Anxious to start driving this summer. I can't get my 914 to start to save my life. Turns out, it looks to be the fuel pump. The one I have on it is not the correct one. Pelican Parts offers 3 different ones. Mine has the d-jet system from what I can tell. Can you tell me which fuel pump I need to get or get from another site? Thanks, Jason |

I assume that is the fuel pump that is zip tied under the car? Yep. It is the zip tied piece. I bought an Airtec pump off Amazon recently and added a pressure gauge at the fuel rail behind the drivers side. Do your self a favor and mount the pump to the fire wall behind the passenger side . Omit the zip ties unless you like fires. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) |
