There are new repros out there on evil-bay & the usual Porsche & 914 sources, including those in the USA. A Google search should turn some up too.

That will get you legal more quickly if you get them from a more close UK or Euro supplier - then if you're picky on originality, you can hunt for some NOS ones later.

Auto Atlanta (East Coast & closest to UK for shipping), Sierra Madre Collection & Stoddards here in the USA have them, & probably others. maybe 914Rubber &/or GPR which are member vendors on here (SMC has banner ads on here too).

Here's an example from SMC fyi -

... don't forget seals/gaskets for them -

Curious, do they need to be on the car just for the MOT, and then after that you can go back to the USA version?

Guessing you found a car then! Cool

Mittlemotor (they also have a eBay site and lenses were on there) in Germany is another euro based option if you don't want to purchase from the US, as is Patrik at 914er. Both are easy to deal with and you will avoid the import tax

Sierra Madre I can also vouch for (my last order was placed on a Thursday PM and it arrived on the following Monday)

Have you sorted the front lenses and side light kit?, that will need to be done as well. Personally I think Martin Baker has the nicest side light conversion kit, or LED kits like Spokes etc

Check through this as there are links to both members kits

What about headlights? You will need those also. Hella flat fronts are excellent

Probably any of the 3 commercial vendors I mention will have all the light bits you need under one roof

Ref the posted question about MOT, yep you have to convert on a permanent basis as that is what the car spec was in Europe at the time of approval

You can run US red lights but only on old GMC trucks/ muscle cars / big 50's cars etc that were never imported into Europe in the 1st place

Hey thanks for all your help - i will try all the companies you have suggested. I cannot believe how expensive just the light lenses are.
