Hi! Iam new to the forum, so I apologize for asking a basic question. I performed a search, and didn't find an answer so I thought I would post. Will the driver and passenger side outside door handle interchange or are they side specific? I need a passenger side for my '72, and thought I could double my chances of finding one if they are interchangeable. Thanks in advance for the replys. (Back in lurking mode now)

No need to lurk.

The handles will flip from side to side. The main difference is the paddle. One has a "L" on it and the other has a "R" on it. You may have to unscrew the small piece that handles the unlocking function at the end of the key cylinder (flat blade screw, takes 2 seconds to re-clock it to work the other way)
