I almost hesitated to post this because the underside of the car is untouched and think it has never been touched or cleaned. But I decided to post this as my understanding is these muffler never lasted and rusted out. Again, this car has 145,000 miles on it and still has reportedly the original muffler system. There is a small hole in it. I will have it patched as to preserve it. I talked to the original owner who had it most of its life and he stated he never replaced it. Hope these photos help someone. No comments on how dirty the undercarriage is!! LOL. Winter project ie, 5 gallons of Simple Green and number joust old tooth brushes, swabs and picks and way too many shop towels
