Selling a Freshly Rebuilt 2056 Built on GA008275 (number if anyone wanted to know)
Complete with freshly Rebuilt according to doctor Evils trans clinic DVD.
And now with Gently used Triad Exhaust for 2.0L with 02 sensor bung and plug.

What you get:

2056cc Type 4 with
Brand new EMW Cyls and Cast Keith Black Pistons
New Cam and lifters
Cam is a Norris 272X
Distributor is a 009
Heads are a Stock rebuild 2.0L with a fresh valve job, no cracks needed to be repaired
push rods are the stock style aluminum.
All tin is Powder coated(Black) along with the fan housing (silver)
Rods are stock 2.0L that were checked and balanced.
Flywheel is stock as is the clutch
Brand new throw out bearing, and plastic Pivot bushing and felt seal.
Motor comes complete and ready to drop in including alternator and all tin.
Flaps are installed in the fan housing. Fan has been bead blasted and the pulley has been powdercoated.
(New belt!)
No thermostat is installed

Motor comes with a 2 Barrel super carb. its a 32/36 progressive that has been freshly rebuilt.
however if you do not want this super high performance induction set up feel free to bring your own, I can set it up and get the motor running on it on the test stand.
however know that if you decide to keep it its a two barrel and it offers all that a 2 port long runner intake can. and that is mediocrity.
We have this exact combo in another 914 here and it actually runs really well, power starts to taper at 5500 but that is plenty of power to push the car down the road.

Onto the trans,
Case was professionally de-greased(she nasty) and cleaned, all gears synchros and bearings inspected.
Synchros where worn were changed with other good synchros and dog teeth were inspected for sharpness
All sliders inspected and changed as needed.
Once the gears were inspected the ring and pinion was checked for wear and damage.
case was re sealed with new output flange seals main shaft seal and side shift rod seal. All new gaskets throughout.
I also have a set of shift rods and engine front support bar for those converting from tail shift available at additional cost.

While on our engine stand it has a set of shell less 2.0L exhaust pipes, these do not come with the engine unless you desperately want them.
Actually I cant think of a good reason why I would want them.
We will see how that goes..
but it has a Triad exhaust, that is part of the package. Has about 10k on it. never driven in the rain or at night (they get scared)
It has been carefully drilled for a oxygen sensor bung and had one welded in.
Super handy for dialing in carbs. (Oxygen sensor sold separately)

Will post videos of it running along with oil pressure gauge hooked up currently.
And now for the pictures.
All of this total for sale at 7K however Open to REASONABLE Offers.
6K with powertrain core return.
Questions? Just ask! Pm or reply to thread. though PM will get my attention better.
