All,

I am looking to replace my tires. I have fuchs rims and I want to get the same size as what I have now (195/60-15). I am looking for a decent, low cost tire for my 914.

I have been to tire rack and seem some good prices. I am looking for recommendations from you all.

My car is a daily driver, no AX or track time (yet). I want something that will perform well, last fairly well and be somewhat quiet. I am in Los Angeles, so a;;-season is not too much of a concern.

Thanks for the help!

Kumho Ecsta Tires are good choices. Usually 70-80 bucks for a tire that will last you 30-40 thousand miles and are Z rated. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Just put on Yokohama AVS ES 100 on my 6, bigger tire 215 60 15
Very happy with ride quality very good grip in dry don't know about wet
or thread life but good price and did well in tests against the comps.
