I think I found my charging problem. Here's a picture of the bottom of my relay board. I'm told that the big hole and melting on the edges is not normal, and the VR contact spades don't stay up. (What in the world might cause that?) Does anyone have another relay board on the shelf they aren't using?
Thanks

I had a similar issue with my board, the pins for the 25amp fuse were a bit cooked and loose.
Cleaned out all the old tar cleaned all the strips, used epoxy to fix the loose areas, masked off the opening and used a spray can of liquid tape insulation called Performix (made by Plasti Dip ),had to apply about 6 layers to build and fill the area up.....happy with the result.
