Is there a way to bookmark threads to your profile?

I'm always coming across great info that doesn't help me now, but will be invaluable in the future. And I know that I will struggle to find them later because I may not even know to search for them.

When you run across something impotent... take a screenshot, then you'll have a file you can find/sort later. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Drag it to your desktop or a folder. (In the address bar of your web browser, the little icon left of the url, drag that to your desktop to create a shortcut.) Then you'll have an icon that's a live link to the whole thread.
(I know, not a board feature, but hey, a workaround. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

You can also use the thread "Options" drop down menu at the top right of the posts section, & then click on "Track this Topic" & pick "No email notification" (unless youwnat to be notified, then pick one of those).

It's then saved & you can get back to it on your "My Controls" page, by clicking on Subscriptions: View Topics to see them - but you may have to use the "Show topics from" & All option, in order to see the older ones.

I'd suggest that you also bookmark it in your browser as well, & if it's really important or useful/needed for you, then print it out & start a 914 Reference Info binder, so you can look them up in the garage/shop with grimy hands.

PS ..... or, you can just take some Viagra before you go "see Alice"! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Copy and paste the URL into a MS Memo then save in a file named Eng, Trans, Elec etc in Dropbox [free] so you can access anywhere in the world (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif)

Some good ideas, part of my issue is that I have a computer in the garage, my normal one, and am always being moved around at work. I'll try a combination of several of these.
