12 914s made it! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) I went with them as far as Ojai but had to come back home for my grandsons club soccer game. Hope to see some pictures.

I missed the part about you not making the whole trip. I thought you got stuck in traffic and was going to stop and wait for you. It would have been a long wait. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif)

A great way to spend a Saturday. Good weather (a little hot) nice cars and great people. Lots of twisty roads especially on my way home. It was about 360 miles for me and I'm a little tired. The only mechanical issues where some loose lug nuts that were quickly and easily fixed. Much thanks to Don and his wife for opening up their mountain cabin for all us low-lifes to hang out at. They even grilled some zukini for me. Yum! A big shout out to Mike D. and Heeltoe914 for their work putting this together. Everyone stand by for some news about the year 2020. Can anyone guess the significance of that year?

Great drive; thanks to Mike and Leamon for organizing the event. Nearly got ousted for being the only 914 with AC. Didn't stay for the BBQ, but thanks to Don and his wife for the invite.

Thanks to everyone who came out. It's the people that make these cars so much fun. Well maybe it's the roads, the tires, the engines.... Well whatever, great group, good fun, thanks for letting us entertain you for a little while. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Thanks everyone for coming out.. Thanks so much for your kind words.. Any time you get more than three 914 together it's a good time..
As Elliot mentioned stay tuned for news about 2020.. we are in the very beginning stages but you can be assured we're going to call in all resourses, vendors ideas and supporters enough said.

A very big thanks to my two buddies Don and Mike for putting this Ojai run together they really deserve all the credit on planning and they did a marvelous job..

Thanks everyone for coming out. ...
Hmmm ... maybe it was a good thing that I couldn't make this one with the 'coming out' & 'rainbows' and all ... not that there's anything wrong with that (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)

So, we have to wait until 2020 to find out WTF is going on ??? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
