I am attempting to replace a seats adjustment handle [entire piece). At the no of the assembly there is a rivet at the pivot point. What are my options to remove it?

Or would I be better off trying to find a whole assembly with the handle already attached from someone out there? If so does someone out there have one they would like to get rid of.

Thanks in advance.

Nevermind, I thought you were asking about the rivets that hold the seat handle to the rail.
