I am attempting to replace a seats adjustment handle [entire piece). At the no of the assembly there is a rivet at the pivot point. What are my options to remove it?

Or would I be better off trying to find a whole assembly with the handle already attached from someone out there? If so does someone out there have one they would like to get rid of.

Thanks in advance.

I want to replace this whole piece also, has anyone taken this whole piece out and replaced it (not just the handle)? Anyone know what type of rivet needed to install this whole piece at the pivot point towards the back of the rail?
