Looks like a quick course. Obviously not a historics race - mustang and all - what was it? Also, what the heck is that huge structure/building in the distance? Thanks!

it was still a vintage race with my local Colorado vintage club.
the mustang was running exhibition, and we always are short on attendance at this race. exhibition cars are extra attendance and common hastings Nebraska... so a giant grain elevator |

Looks like another teener takes a high side spin right at the beginning or he got tapped? no tap he is an amazing driver, and never makes mistakes he got jumped on the restart (the flagger actually made a mistake) so he was pushing it a little hard on the first corner and spun, but no contact |

So he never makes mistakes...other than that time? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif)
Real racers spin, hit walls, hit others, etc., etc. Its how I know I'm NOT a real racer! Sometimes the only way to find the limit is to cross it. That's why higher speed autoxing(*) is great. You can find the limits and then, when on the track, use that knowledge to your benefit. (*)The Medford Enduro is a great testing grounds. Or try the SCCA Crows Landing events. |
