That the Harley Davidson patent drawing?

Amazing how small the water channels are on those yet I think it allowed a full point of compression increase.

cfd,fea,now with cooling loop,about M8,bigger is better.
The flow rates keep the seat cool,so,a similar tubular coolant path around the ex-port will allow heat to be soaked away.
There is room there under the port for such a tube,the sizing at the minimum,the shape a smooth curve,turbulence free.
