We are up and running, with the new pump I think fuel pressure is off now, but it's running again. I pulled it out of the shop and around front to park it out of the way and it's a bit jumpy and has a slightly unsteady idle so I'll check on that later, just wanted to share that it's alive again! Thanks for the help on this everyone.

Everything is back to normal, guess there was a kink in the return line under the tank somehow but got that sorted so fuel pressure is normal again.

I get some hesitation right off idle, any ideas? At a quick look all the vac lines appear to be connected still.

I just saw this thread, and my first thought (when I read the title) was crimped or kinked fuel line.

Some fuel hoses can have a sharp enough bend to be kinked and still look OK.
