We are up and running, with the new pump I think fuel pressure is off now, but it's running again. I pulled it out of the shop and around front to park it out of the way and it's a bit jumpy and has a slightly unsteady idle so I'll check on that later, just wanted to share that it's alive again! Thanks for the help on this everyone. |

Everything is back to normal, guess there was a kink in the return line under the tank somehow but got that sorted so fuel pressure is normal again.
I get some hesitation right off idle, any ideas? At a quick look all the vac lines appear to be connected still. |

I just saw this thread, and my first thought (when I read the title) was crimped or kinked fuel line.
Some fuel hoses can have a sharp enough bend to be kinked and still look OK. |
