I have rear chrome bumper that is a 74 style along with a bumper top I was going to list later today.. May work for your needs.

You need the rod, the knuckle, the rubber that covers the knuckle, The scre for the rod to knuckle, the other end ot the rod at the trans there is also a cast ball cup holder, it has a connical screw like the front, there is a cover, cover band, the boot at he rear, and looks lik eyou have a rod bushing at the trans but they are very cheap, so if it even looks worn replace it.
