5,000 miles on a complete clutch kit install (flywheel, pressure plate, 911 disc, throw out bearing, etc.).

It passes the stall test (hand brake on, foot brake pedal depressed, 1st gear, 2500rpm, dump clutch, engine stalls).

engine and car cold.. 3rd gear, 3k rpm, quick full throttle, all is fine.

3-4 miles later, engine hot, 3rd gear, 3k rpm, quick full throttle, clutch slips.

Friendly P-tech says if gears grind when cold, oil on disc, acts as an adhesive... not the case for me.

2nd scenario is broken pressures plate. Outer ring breaks and pressure is compromised. Sounds good, but if that is it, why is there a difference when cold and hot?

I gotta feelin, this is one of those Capn Krusty scenarios.
