So I am having a happy hour beer at the local diner about 6PM last night when a couple of dozen police and CHP cruisers fly by on the freeway.
Fortunately no officers injured and unfortunately the suspect was not injured. Looks like he went through the industrial complex next to my shop firing shots out the back of hi Dodge van. http://www.pe.com/articles/riverside-81562...-prompting.html |

So, my son is a Mechanical Engineer at Pratt & Whitney and this happened on their campus. His fiancee works in a trauma center and actually worked on the pilot who was severely burned. I was told that the passenger was "burnt to a crisp and didn't make it." Pretty awful.
