The size difference only affects the distance from the top of the mirror, to the top of the windshield. Notice the relationship of the mount to the mirror. No difference with the visors. Any stock mirror will fit any year car.

Yes it is shorter.

I actually have the BMW 320 conversion. Has worked well but visors line up different from stock.

i really. really like that short mirror. Worth converting back.....I just like having a clean windshield.
