I had to think hard about this to remember there are other forums.

When I remember to, I check:
ShopTalkForums
theSamba.com
Pelican Parts

All car-related, of course.

912 BBS
The Samba
Mini Owners Club of San Francisco
Megasquirt EFI

I'm hunting for forums on Vespas and pre-1970 BMW bikes (/2 stuff, mostly). There are some sites, and perhaps some mailing lists, but no actual forums that I've found, yet.

rennlist.com for my 944s2 H2O pumper
binderbulletin.org for my International Scout II

I need a good Toyota 4runner forum for my SO's car, if anyone can suggest one.

rennlist
Pelican Parts
Radio Control Zone?
Airbrush

I'd list one or two more, but I don't want to be blamed for pushing the C word. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

I also participate in the Catalina Direct forum for Catalina 22 sailboats.

Rescued one from the side of a barn a few years back. Sail her during the summer months now. However, I find this forum to me much more active, and informative.

None. I have no life outside of the 914club. No other forum is as diverse and fun as this one.

914world.com is the only forum where I stick around much. Others are for quick reference and then I'm out of there. Here's this month's batch. This list will reveal how eclectic I am.

914world.com
7x12 mini-lathe yahoo group (machining forum)
mini-mill yahoo group (machining forum)
knifenetwork.com (knifemakers forum - I make custom pocketknives)
DIY HID divelight yahoo group (guys making HID divelights - I'm making one for myself)
Merlin hawking yahoo group (I'm a falconer. No SNL jokes please. Group of falconers hunting with Merlins)

Edited to add:
Can't belive I forgot about the Lotus Elise forums (2). They are my number two behind 914world.com

Most regular here, but

S-10 Forums Mostly a bunch of teenagers with lowered trucks, but a lot of them know their stuff.

L.P.S.G No, not really. Don't click on this link, not office safe.

Gardening Forums Another one of my 17 million hobbies. I prefer to think of myself as a small scale farmer, backyard veggies, Giant pumpkin ets. Very helpful mostly geriatric group.

The internet can be an incredibly helpful and yet terribly time-wasting place. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/boldblue.gif)

To be a rennlist member, you need to make donations, but you can still sign up for the email lists and boards without being a member.
