I have them. Why not see if you can get the bolt out of the cap? If it boje off the head tou may need a new cap.

Is that bolt a standard size ? Could they be replaced at say Ace Hardware ?

There are two kinds, internal (socket head) and external hex. The socket head style are know to strip or break.

With plenty of heat from my welder, I got the broken screw out. The other side has the external hex, so I guess that's the type I'd prefer. thanks, Carl |
