Parts ran me about five bucks. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif)

All eBay purchases. Hand made panel (scrap), 20 piece rocker kit (2.97). LEDS (2.50)....rattle can paint, scrap wiring, junk drawer wiring, fused and head scratching.

Also put one panel in trunk and engine bay....

FWIW, I would of wired it to the back bolster light switch, so the lights come on when the door opens and they also come on when you manual slide the switch.

If I still owned a 914 that would be a good idea. The pic is of my 911.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Ease of wiring dictated routing it under the dash. Switches, hot wires, LEDs etc. Saved a lot of wire and time.

Losing your flip flops at night?

I have the same plan for trunk(s) lights with a mercury switch.
