Before listing it in the classifieds, is the original 3-port fuel pump rebuildable and, if so, is there a market for one that needs rebuilding? Thanks.

Lots of liability involved with rebuilding a fuel pump. Why would anyone take the risk of losing a car(or a life) due to a fire over a fuel pump? A new 2 port pump is about$100. I've got a box of 3 port pumps. I'd sell a working one, but I'd not rebuild one to sell.

where was it leaking from?
I just rebuilt one and it worked
but I too would be hesitant to sell it to anyone.

I'd take your core dead one and pay shipping if your going to throw it out anyways
but it would be for parts and I'd not resell it

Contact George at auto Atlanta. He was paying for them. I sold several to him.
