I have a set of rear springs that I need help identifying the poundage. They are black, red stripe, 15 inches tall and 11 coils. I think that they are weltmeisters.

Bout the only way is to put weight on the spring till it compresses one in. That is the surefire way to tell what the spring rate is.

Ie measure the spring with it in something that will hold weights on top of it (like a bar with dumbell weights on it) and stack weights while you measure it checking for one in of compression.


No guess's really though... Possibly stock.

They are stock. Welmeister springs since the late 80's have said "Weltmeister" on them.
