And what year car it is. The shape in the upper corners is different with the retractable seat belt mounting there.

I need the lower part of the upper firewall way below where the seat belt area is on the driver's side. I checked RD and they don't seem to make this part. The rust I'd like to replace is a result of water getting behind the sound deadening pad. Typical area for rust from the water intrusion. It is a '73 car.
