What size are these bolts? I'm having some difficulty getting a socket on them flat and I don't want to round them off.

Those are the heads of the studs and are welded to the bracket. The nuts are on the side by the master cyl.

Willow green. From what I understand (and I may be wrong) willow green was the all-time least popular 914 color.
