While I'm at it. My flasher relay clicks continuously with the power on. The flasher and turn signals all function normally. I thinking I have some wire going to ground. Any ideas? The clicking is somewhat less loud.

Is your handbrake on? That is supposed to make the brake warning light in the combo gauge flash. That uses the same flasher.
