"The cheapest Porsche is the one you spend the most money on."
I bought my '74 awhile ago to use as a parts car, it was cheap, and had a dual carb setup that I have taken and have installed on my '75. The '74 was a running car but in really rough shape, rusted to hell here and there. I remember driving down the road one day and the car felt like it split or something that my rear targa top popped off it's back clips. I am just going to sell or trade the '74 and look for a good condition 914. In order for me to restore the body back to itself, I would need some deep pockets, so I am going to spend some good money on another instead of big money on this one. I have taken everything off of it, it's now basically a shell, my wheels are all off of it because I had them painted and such, and the motor is gone due to me selling it. This vehicle came with a 1.8L Here are some pics, enjoy. Attached image(s) |
