Does anyone here work for a company that uses Websense? Websense is a content-filtering application that blocks access to certain web sites from a corporate network.

If you do, please PM me. Thanks.

Yup. Don't know much about, but I can lok into it. I'm doing my "morning race through the board" so I can get my ass to work though. You'll have to email me if you need me to look around or have questions. It will be later this afteroon before I get back to the club site again.

Websense is that shitty content-filtering system that most schools use.

Appearently it allows most forms of adult entertainment through, but blocks things of importance... anonymizers, links to development websites for computer programs, and their filtering of awkward categories like "tasteless" or "humorless".

See Maddox's take on websense. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

Thanks guys. I appreciate your help. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif) That's pretty much my take on Websense too.

I'm just trying to find out if some sites are listed in their "Asshole Database".
