Got back my 8x16 951 Fuchs from Rick and they look outstanding. The turn time, not counting the week between Christmas and New Years, was one month. The price and quality were top-notch. Here's their Pelican thread-

This new wheel guy and steering wheel guy in Poland are great assets. I may use them when I save up enough to send stuff off.

Yes. Here are a couple shots of those 2 wheels before the work was done. I chose to have the paddles done anodized rather than leave the centers all black (personal preference):
