While I was changing the tail light lens seals , I saw there was an extra socket with no bulb. Can someone tell me if this is functional and for what ? And where I can find a right tail light housing ? Mine is seriously damaged.

I dont think the states used them much its not in the tail light wires again IIRC more for european cars (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)
