Steve - I'm planning on being at the BBQ as well as the dinner.

Busy weekend prepping for Hershey. Oil changed, valves adjusted, swapped injectors, gearbox topped off, and cleaned and polished the body. The paint looks slightly less crappy now in most spots (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Still can't hold a candle to Len, but at least it's running like a champ.

I'm afraid I'm out on Friday. Too many setbacks in assembly. Don't want to rush the final details. Really wanted have the car ready. Will be there Saturday to see everyone. Finally have to admit defeat.

So...I hadn't seen this thread until today...and noticed that a date was never posted. Yeah, I know, it's at the Hershey swap meet, but for people that have never attended, date would have helped.

Wish we could go as I always plan to, Unfortunately I will be racing at Watkins Glen that weekend...

Maybe next year??

I will not be there until Dinner Friday night at the earliest. I am justifying getting the kids out of school for the trip by taking them to Gettysburg and the Flight 93 memorial, so that will eat up a lot of our Friday. I will have a total of 4 for dinner.

The shop says they are now 90% sure they will have the 2.0 up and running for the first time in 31 years in time for the trip. They spent 10 hours assembling it yesterday.

I'm in for the BBQ plus one, I plan on leaving VA by 8:00 AM. The car has been acting up the past several weeks. I hope to do a shake down drive all week. Thermostat cable broke and I need to get it sorted out. Valves adjusted, timing set, vaccumm lines updated. I have a small flat spot at 3500. Like someone jammed on the brakes. Fingers crossed that it works out I can drive it up. Anyone else coming from the South? We could drive in together..
