Not mine, but maybe someone should go take a look at this car. The seller has no clue what he has, lists the engine number as the fan shroud part number. Lol!!

I like how the engine number listed in the auction just happens to be cast right into the fan shroud.

From the listing:

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) 9011061015 R is the spare parts number of the fan housing

Where is the engine#? Normally it must be a 640....

Does the VIN seem way off from the build date?

1970 VIN range: 9140430001 to 9140432668
The VIN on this one is 9140430183 which I think should be near the beginning of the MY run yet the door jam sticker says 1/70 - the middle of the MY run (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Nope, this DOT sticker is well withing the range. The earliest January sticker I have was 914 043 0068 and the latest is 914 043 0245
