I had 1 mm alignment shims made up to allow 1mm increments of adjustments. OEM shims are 2, 3 and 4mm thick. The 3mm shims seem to be the harder to find. $6 per shim plus shipping cost.

I have the first approved samples of stainless steel brake reservoir straps. They will include new SS screws, clips and washers. Some have commented that they believe the straps were painted black. I will have 25 of the straps by Tuesday March 14. I will have some powder coated black. SS finish is $25 shipped. Powder coated $30 each shipped.

The two sample straps are not formed. It is a simple task to secure one end to the body and wrap it around the reservoir.

Lol I tried to order a new strap last week and it was NLA.

Bruce, I'll take 10 shims and two non-coated straps.

Let me know the shipping cost to 98073.

Thanks again for the great parts!!

I looked at my '74 parts car and the strap was black. Must have been pretty cheap paint. Good place for powdercoating and stainless steel.

I'll take 6 - 1mm shims and 1 silver brake clamp.
Also add 2 early torsion bar adjusting screws to my order
Plain is fine, plated if thats all you have.
Thanks!
Mark
