Do the old Hirschmann radio antennas as installed by the dealerships have the same plugs as modern antennas?

I am having my 1974 dealer installed one removed and the hole repaired and was thinking of going with something like this hidden one. Just curious if I will need adapters or something so I don't get it apart and then spend days trying to figure out what I need to put it back together. Thanks!
